Every project is different, but the production process can be divided into three stages:

Pre-production: This is when we work with you to learn everything we can about your company and define what you need from video. Some of the questions we could look into include: Who is your target audience? What platforms are you interested in publishing on? What are the main points you want to convey?

We’ll then work with you to create a video outline and/or detailed script, confirm budgets, and schedule any filming dates.

Production: Also known as ‘filming.’ When most people think of making videos, they think of this. Our team will record all necessary footage, such as interviews, event footage, and product demonstrations.

Post-production: Once we’ve captured all of the footage, we’ll begin working on the edit, shaping the footage into a cohesive narrative and adding graphics, titles, and music as needed. Before everything is finalized, you will have the opportunity to review one or more drafts and provide feedback.

As a first step, we’ll schedule a face-to-face meeting or ask you to complete a brief questionnaire to help us understand the project’s requirements. You can then have as much or as little say in the scripting, filming, and editing as you want. In any case, we’ll keep you updated at every step of the way.

We generally agree on the key messages with you before working on a draft script and a suggested visual style for review. We are, however, happy to work from a full script or storyboard that is provided to us.

Not every project necessitates a voiceover, but when it does, we can provide you with a variety of voiceover samples to choose from, and we’ll handle the rest.

We can source a suitable background music track from a royalty-free music library and provide a license for use in the finished video if one is required.

We usually deliver our finished videos in the most common formats, which are.mp4 or.mov. However, we are happy to convert these into almost any other format for free.

We keep backup copies of all footage and project files for at least four years. We are happy to revisit and update older projects, such as if your branding has changed or you want to update facts and figures about your company. If there are any concerns about data sensitivity, we will gladly delete all of our copies of the media after the project is completed.
